FAILURE :Could not enable Active Directory Authentication.
Dear All,
I installed Service Desk on Linux Centos 5 running on IBM Blade Server.
I tried to enable Active Directory Authenticate but encountered :
FAILURE :Could not enable Active Directory Authentication. Ensure Domain Controller is configured for at least one of the Public Domains.
Another things is when tried to Windows Scan for Asset encountered :
FAILURE :Domain scanning cannot be performed in non-windows OS.
Please advise,
