Arabic Support
Hi,
I am wondering if your application support Arabic officially as unoffically it does ?
I did download a trial version and tried to import our active directory users, which are all in arabic and it did work.
The version which I installed was 7014 now today I installed the hotfix 7018.
During the hotfix installation I noticed in the command prompt window that some of the data that was arabic was shown as ??????? marks as in dos prompt you cannot see arabic data.
But after the hotfix installed, and I checked the data after starting the services, it was there and nothing was messed up.
So my question is that can we safely assume that if we release this test setup to our users for testing and in future any update like such happens we won't lose any of our data ?
We could write arabic in the request and solutions, but of course the formatting is not correct cause when the data is viewed back it is left aligned.
So far the test is done within IT, like importing users from our active directory (which as I mentioned earlier all info is in arabic, like user names, group names, OU and all such) scanning for the workstations and such. Now we like to release it to the users, so just wanted to know if this is ok ? or is there any plans to include arabic as additional language support in near future ?
