[Feature REQ]: website autologin
Hello, I was wondering if it would be possible to request the following feature: A 1 click website login feature. We have a few "website" accounts, like forums, private sites, webstores etc. It would be nice if the username / password could be auto filled in the login form, so copy/paste would not be neccesary. Hello Support team! Is it possible to customize the created reports in the eventlog analyzer? I would like the change the order in the pdf or csv report regarding to our own requirements. I couldn`t found something to this topic in the manual. Is it also possible to change the view in the dashboard? For example there is one requirement to show only errors in the homeview (dashboard). OpManager 7 install did not install OpenService service
I've just installed OpManager 7 as a trial version, but it will not start. The first error was that Port 80 was taken, and to run ChangeWebServerPort.bat, which I did. The port changed to 9090. Now the eventlog error shows Event ID 100, OpenService failed - the specified service does not exist as an installed service. I have confirmed that this service does not exist. OPmanager server is not starting in Ubuntu
Hi to all I know this is a common problem when someone try first time access on linux platform. I saw few threads that discussing the same problem means.. Verifying connection with web server ... Failed to establish connection with web server. Gracefully shutting down OpManager. Trying to Shutdown OpManager Schedulers Stopped successfully All Shut Down Observers Notified All those solutions that were provided in previous threads are not working for me. So how can i solve this happen?

SSH monitoring partially broken in build 8300
Hi, since the upgrade to 8300 (service pack 3) some of our monitors stopped working or are only working partially. for example, one of the machines monitored with appmanager is our groupwise mail server. the monitor is setup as an SSH monitor with private/public key authentication. the monitor can login to the mail server without problem, in the .bash_history of the monitor user I can see the commands that are run: LANG=C iostat -d /usr/bin/vmstat 1 3 /bin/ps -eo fname,pcpu,pmem,command|cat;echo

Frequency of export from netflow exporter

MSP Central has messed up with SC+
I installed trial of MSP central on to same server which now has screwed some settings of SC+ and i removed the MSP software immediately. Service is no longer exists, can start the sc+ with Run.bat Please advice. Regards Efem

configuration deployment status
I tried to deploy .net 3.5 and the status shows as failed.. but remark says successful and needs a reboot.. It would help if you can have the status show up as “install running” and then “reboot required” etc..

Architecture recommendations
I'd like to hear what other SD+ users are doing for hosting this product in terms of overall architecture. My plan is to put the app on a Server 2008 VM (VMWare ESX) and the database on a SQL Server 2005 farm. Does anyone have any suggestions for what works best with this product? I am trying to remove some legacy monitors within applications manager that don't have a "delete" option available. Can you provide the steps necessary to delete these alerts another way. I know with op manager I had to connect to the database and do it that way. I'd sure like to know why the delete option is sometimes there..and sometimes not. Eric

Is there a way to do both an internal and external resolution? Currently, the resolution is shown to the user. SNMP version priority
Hi, I have 2 Switch Core Enterasys Matrix N7 1 is located in Rio and the other one is in Brasilia. When it's added the switch in Rio it is not recognized as a switch, instead is recognized as the default category Desktop. The switch have the credential OK and answer to the SNMP. Even after setup manually as a Switch I receive an error when I try to rediscovery the interfaces. 'Dueby Time' Not Populating
Hi I have just upgraded from 6009 to 7007. Since the upgrade, the 'Dueby Time' is not being populated when a request is created. No change has been to made to any of the setup (SLA's etc) and it was working prior to the upgrade. Has anybody else seen this and found a solution? Thanks Mark

AS View bug?
When sorting the AS view by inbound or outbound traffic, it seems to disregard the traffic units (ie mbps/kbps) and sort the list solely on the numeric value. Is this a bug or something I'm missing Thanks Andy

Blank 7007 system
Hi, I have a virtual system which I use for upgrade and configuration testing. Currently it's a copy of our live system including all our data. I'd like to clear all the data and start again with a clean system - is there a way of creating/restoring a clean database to achieve this? The only clean database I have is from our original 6500 release which I imagine I wouldn't be able to upgrade because the application is at 7007. Thanks in advance, Andy
