Unable to edit 'DueBy Date' within tickets
Hi there,
I am unable to edit the 'DueBy Data' field of any tickets, I am currently using Firefox 3.0.1 - and a colleague of mine who is using IE7 is able to.
Can you please confirm whether there is a known fix for this or when there is likely to be one for this issue?
Also I am receiving the already known issue of being unable to close tickets from the requests queue.
