Bug: Survey Results not correct in reports
I closed a sample request and answer the 3-question survey as follows:

Logged in as an administrator, the survey results on the backend report:
Overall Satisfaction level: 88.89/100
When I run a Survey Overview report, the following is reported:
Rating: 8.00
When I run a Survey Results by Technician, the following is reported:

How is it when I have answered Excellent / Good / Excellent, one area of the product reports a 88.89%. Another area reports, 8. Yet another area reports, 3? There is no feasible way each question could have scored a "1", totaling "3", when they didn't receive the same answer. Why one report says the rating is an "8", when the other says "3", is also confusing.
How is the product scoring answers? What sense can you make of these numbers?
