Is it possible to setup SS+ so that when a request is entered by default it has a status of Unapproved where then a manager can set it to approved so the technicians can goto work on it.
I tried to set the status to default to the Unapproved one, and set it so the client cant see or set it but it always defaults to open or approved for some reason.
Is there any way to make this work or a built in method?
