Self service portal URL?
The SupportCenter application has a
Web Portal Configuration option in the Admin backend, whose HELP includes a sample URL of the self-service portal. The HELP denotes:
The "Self-Service Portal Settings" under ServiceDesk doesn't state what the URL is. So, what is it? I tried the following:
http://<server_name>/sd/SolutionsHome.sd
While that produced what appeared to be something of a portal. It's completely broken. See attached screenshot.
