Problems with Business Rules in localized version
Hi! After setting Russian language it's not possible to create Business Rules. There are no options to choose (see rus.jpg), while in English all works fine (see eng.jpg). We are usung 7.0.0 Build 7018.
Have trouble in Business view conditions
Hello. We have some strange issues within business view: After I have created business rule with described criteria and conditions it looks seems ok. But I after I have changed interface settings to Russian there is no any items in "condition" list in my rule. It's strange because rule works fine. Criteria items in "criteria" list appears again when I change interface to Russian language. Have any idea?
Not able to scan ESX servers.

change requesters authentication
I have a user who's account was created as a local account. I want to change it to authenticate via her domain account. Is there a way to change her authentication method in the database? Alternately, can i change her tickets to another requester in the database? If so I could delete her profile, reimport her from AD and assign the tickets back. Thanks for your help!
Technician - Purchase Order Approver keeps getting unchecked
Hi The purchase order approver settings are being lost in ServiceDeskPlus I am running ServiceDeskPlus 7018. I set up a technician to be a purchase order approver by ticking the check box beside their name. Some time later, I create a purchase order, however only 'administrator' is listed as an approver. (My technicians are imported from active directory) This has occurred on more than one occasion. Each time the box beside their name is not checked. Something appears to be resetting it. Can you
Limiting the number of alerts?
So I have an alert set up to notify me if there are 5 denied attempts through the firewall (log coming from syslog) in a 5 minute span. However if a device goes haywire, tries to connect through the firewall 4 times every second, I'm still gonna get 10,000 messages in like a half hour (message 5 comes in, has it been less than 5 minutes? send! message 6 comes in, has it been less than 5 minutes? send! ...) So how are other folks dealing with this? When they'd prefer to see the same alert email only
Upload Request
I don't know if it is or isn't supposed to do it but when I log in as an operator and then run a upload request is it supposed to send an email out so that the administrators know that there is an upload request? When the request is approved the user receives an email to say that it is approved but I don't see anything when the request is made. Question 2 is if an upload request can be scheduled to upload at a specific time instead of right after approved? John
Show current processes
When I use 'show current processes' for windows 2003 servers, nothing is returned in the CPU column. Is this by design or is it possible I am missing a configuration setting somewhere? I'm able to get the list of processes, the memory %, and the 'command and args' columns.

With an succesfull login the page sends a page that redirects to the destination. Fortigate 200A with no graphics
Hi, I have a Fortigate 200A with FortiOS 3.0 and FW Analyzer v5 (evaluation) on Centos 5. My problem is that the fortigate appears in FW Analyzer, but only a few computers are displayed with very few information (after three days of reporting) "Live Reports" graphics are empty, as well as many other reports which only show "No data available". shedule reports for custom reports
Hi! I am trial user of AppManager 8. I have Perfomance Counter. And reports for its attributes was enabled. I can view these custom reports, but I cannot shedule them. Because when I try to choose Custom Atributes of Report Type in Shedule Reports, it tell's me that "No Monitor(s) available to generate reports. " How can I shedule my custom reports?

Daily schedule issues
Hi, We have created a scheduled scan of the network on a dialy basis. However, every now and again the schedule stops responding and you have to reselect the date. Is this already a known issue. If not please can you look into the issue. Also, Once the scheduled scan has been completed we should receive a notification of all the changes made on the network. We no longer appear to be getting this making it harder to identify the new software additions. Just wondering if this is a part of the known

Hello everyone, we got a network with about 400 Nodes (Routers/Switches) in many different Subnets. But we got them under control by some selfmade Tools from which we can generate a list of addresses of the managed nodes. Is a possible to write some kind of script to import those devices to DeviceExpert? Suggestion: Hide system threads
I would like to make another feature suggestion. What about a setting that allows the support user or admin to hide all messages from the 'System' in the conversation section of a request page. If you open a request up, scroll down to Conversations, you see all the emails, along with all the emails automatically sent which are marked from 'System'. Now, if you happen to have your system setup to send auto emails when a user creates a new request, closes a request etc etc, then its just extra stuff

Hi, After upgrade my OpManager to 7200 version, it don't start, just show invalid license file message, error code 535. The support team in Brazil (Inspirit) recommended follow the steps below: First, they send the opmanager_license.xml file. I follow their instructions but the problem continues. reply/forward format not correct
hi, with repect to reply/forward, when we click on these buttons the screen will have all the required contents in the message box. but, the format is not correct, its become like one passage, so, everytime we need to format it. which is time consuming. anyway to rectify it ? pls advice.
Purchasing Module Issue
We are having a problem with our purchasing module and could really use some help. Adding new products works fine unless we try to add software. When we add a new software product it tries to force us to associate it with a major version, if we do we get an error. "FAILURE: Problem occurred while trying to get software. Is there any way to monitor daemons or add additional Linux services for monitoring? For example we've setup Linux clusters and would like to monitor associated services. We also have other services that we'd like to monitor to ensure our systems/applications are working.
Problems connecting to MSSQL 2005 after 7.2 upgrade

Concurrent user issues
We have implemented PMP and it appears that there is a limit to only one concurrent user. I can't find anything obvious as to why this limit is in place or how to change it but need I to find a resolution as this just isn't a feasible limit. Any suggestions?
