Problem: Requests imported through imap stretches right
Hi,
We've recently purchased ServiceDesk Plus and noticed a slight problem when requests are recieved through e-mail (imported with IMAP).
Some requests (not all, possibly 50-50) tend to pan far to the right, stretching all dropdown lists. And the text in the e-mail just continues to the right off the screen and never breaks to a new line.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I did a quick search but couldnt find anything similar.
