Problem With OpManager Snapshot View
I apologise if this question has been asked already,
however I'm currently having a re-occuring problem with OpManager, in that when I access the SnapShot view of any of my servers in OpManager the CPU, Memory, Response Times, Disk utilisation Graphs do not show any data. The graphs are blank.
When I also access the other performance monitors which i have added I'm told that there is no data available. However if I Test the monitors then I get a positive result. The only way I can seem to be able to get the monitors to work is to manually remove each one in turn and then add them again - to every server. Opmanager picks up the results and appears to work for a week or two and then it once again loses the connections.
I use SNMP to get the data.
What is strange is that it worked fine for a few months when I fisrt set it up, and it has only been in the past month or so that this has been happening.
As you can imagine removing and then adding the performance monitors from over 30 servers every week or so becomes very tedious.
I have not updated to the new service pack and I'm on build 7025.
I have fired an email off to OpManger Support but as yet not recieved any reply, so any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.
