cannot view closed tickets after changing the port

cannot view closed tickets after changing the port

hi there ^

i had to change the port 8080 to 8090 on service desk plus. this worked fine. now i cannot view closed tickets in the report before the port change. when i�m clicking on the request, a new tab opens in firefox 3.0 the message is:

no connection to servername:8080.

is there a workaround availible to solve this problem?
