Hello !! Am very interested in writing a report which shows me all the workstations or assets , which have failed an asset audt. OR A report which shows all Assets in SD and there last Audit date. If no audit then NULL. But, when I go to the report wizard (not a SQL programmer ) It seems it always takes me back to 3 options....for 3 report only. Can someone please help ??!!
REdisvocer interface is not working on some devices
Hello, I tried to rediscover interface on server device where SNMP and WMI are working fine. When I ran rediscover in interface tab, it showed interface found, when select and click on add button, nothing is showed and message is interface added successfully. Is there the ability to select custom colors and appearance in Service Desk Plus Enterprise Edition? If not, will it be possible in future editions? It would be nice if there were more chances of putting the company logo in more places. regards, George

I have been using Password Manager Pro for a short time and have been using the trial license. The trial license has expired and I wish to continue using it with just the free license. I believe I understand all of the limitations and should be within them. I have one administrator and one password administrator (can I only have one total?). Running on W2K8 Core
We have been running ADSelfService Plus on W2K8 Core for over 9 months without issue. But recently the web page is taking a very long time to come up, it at all. In the past rebooting the W2K8 Core server would fix any issues, but this is not the case any more. Thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello During the installation process of OpManager, several languages are proposed (English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish) but not French language. And in fact I would like to use OpManager in French. Hi, I am getting an error with the content variable $SolutionLink under Customize template for Solutions. When an email is sent out be the system it includes the URL configured in (Admin -> Self-Service Portal Setting -> Alias URL) twice, the link ends up looking like this: http://ManageEngineSite.com/http://ManageEngineSite.com/AddSolution.do?solID=901 where it should be http://ManageEngineSite.com/AddSolution.do?solID=901 I recently updated the Alias URL. Hi all, I am glad that at least forum performance has improved dramatically, but come on what is up with the new layout? This is completely unusable, lots of fields are missing in the overview, post counters, etc. I was happy to wait a few seconds for the "old" page to load with at least a regular interface but this is so counter intuitive that i cannot see myself returning here much. Is there any chance in getting a normal forum layout back on the new backend? S.

Version 7506 isn't seeing a "white box" with Scan
We have about 45 PCs that we built in house ("white box"). They don't have a brand name but they all have unique MAC addresses, IP addresses, device name, etc even the Help Desk can see this when we scan the individual PC. But when we scan the next "white box" it replaces the information that device. Essentially, Help Desk only lets us keep the information for one PC. Every other PC is fine, whether it's an HP or a Dell or a Vaio - just these "white boxes". BUILD 7506
