Availability Report - v8007 Still Has Problems with Time Windows

Availability Report - v8007 Still Has Problems with Time Windows

 
We can only create availability reports using a 24hr time window with periods specified as "This week", Last week", "This month", "Last month", "Last 7", "Last 30".  If we specify any other time window we get the error "Data not available for the selected period.Please select a different period"   Wasn't this supposed to be corrected in 8007?
