Hi ! Is it possible to "edit" a "conversation" ? Working for a school, it is possible that someone might report an issue and actually give us "too much" (ie.
sensitive) information -- like a SSN .....Information that we (as the "technician") should contact them for -- but not something that should be stored in the database
with the help ticket.
I can't find any way (short of doing a SQL query directly to the table) to actually edit a "conversation" to remove the sensitive data... ??
