I NEED HELP


The support team has no idea how to support this product, could someone on here help me with this issue.  During our migration, we lost random laptop assets for some unknown reason.  Support admitted there was a bug; however, they have denied me support.  Has anyone else experienced this issue with their assets?  Has anyone had the WORST support experience from ServiceDesk PLUS support?  They need to stand by their support they offer.
