SDP screen error
Hi Our some technicians tell me their screen is error like the following picture. Could someone help me to fix the issue? I have rebooted server and restarted the SDP service.

How can I parse incoming email into the proper fields for ticket submission? I tried entering the variables into the description of the email but it didn't seem to work. Notification when use AD in Servicedesk
My configuration is setting to “Enable Active Directory Authentication”. When I authentic using Active Directory , after create a request, the notification of assignment to the technician and the close notification (to requester) doesn´t work. The notification of Acknowledge Requester works fine. When I authentic local (not using AD) in server with user administrator all notifications works fine. Help
Assigning Tasks to Tickets in a Business Rule
I'm tried to create a business rule that will assign tasks to a request based on the request title. This is to be used for user starter & leaver tickets so we can assign the list of tasks to be competed. I can't find a way to assign tasks or templates in a Business Rule. Has anyone achieved this? SSO Broken after upgrade to 7.6.04 in Servicedesk Plus
2/12/2010 I upgraded Servicedesk Plus from 7.6.02 to 7.6.03 then 7.6.04. Single Sign On worked fine for the brief time I was running 7.6.03 and it was working in 7.6.02 and before. When I upgraded to 7.6.04 Single Sign on doesn’t work. I’ve restarted the service a couple times without success. Every time I load my browser it just comes to the login screen. I can successfully login if I type in my credentials but I cannot get it to do it automatically. I didn’t change anything in the SSO

For some reason I'm getting all the posts in the Desktop Central and PMP forums coming through in the RSS feed from SC+ - can someone please fix this quickly as it's making it very difficult to differentiate which forums the posts relate to and therefore whether or not I have to worry about it in SC+. Websphere 6.1 - J2EE Webtransaction monitoring
Yes, it has been explained on this forum a number of times, that Websphere is not supported, and only the Sun JDK is supported. This makes NO TECHNICAL SENSE, as WAS 6.1 is JDK 1.5 and based on the Sun JDK. In fact, I have been able to startup the agent both within WAS, as well as by modifying WAS's startServer.sh (just add -javaagent). For whatever reason, there is no data being returned. Please advise if this will ever be supported (and by when), and if not, it will give a definite answer to prospective

I am using applications manager. I am trying to set up J2EE transaction Monitor on Websphere 6.1. I am doing the following recommended steps. 1). Copy the WebTransactionAgent.jar present under <ProductHome>/working/resources to a local directory in the Application server 2).Edit the startup script of the application server and add the below command line option to the java runtime environment -javaagent:<Path to the WebTransactionAgent.jar> 3. Select Box missing in All Tasks
Hello, Ever since the last update, I'm missing the Select Box on the All Tasks window. I went to the Column selection window and played with that setting but it still does not show. I also tried a remedy found in another post that said to remove my login then re-add it, but that didn't work either. Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this? Thank you.
Exclude option for port/Protocol
I would like to have an exclude option for the ports selection when making IP groups. For example, I would like to make an IP group which includes a certain subnet say 192.168.1.0-192.168.1.255 which shows all traffic except for the traffic that is on port 25,80 and 443. I already look at the traffic on these ports separately in diffrent IP groups and would like to see the traffic that remains when these ports are filtered out.

Uninstalling Patches Not Supported
Question for you guys. If a patch that I install for ServiceDesk breaks something and makes portions of the system unusable, what exactly are my options? I know that there is an "Uninstall" option in the update manager, but on your website there is a note that says "Uninstallation of a successfully installed patch is not supported." By the way, before I go on, I think it's ridiculous how you say this on a part of your site that you go to if and only if you've attempted to uninstall a patch and
snmp trap mib browser
At the moment it is not working well browsing through mibs when searching for snmp traps to be added. It would be nice if the sorting and search options would be extended. Like sorting on alfabet, a choice to display 5, 10, 20 or 50 mibs on a screen. Can this be picked up ?
Windows Service Monitoring is showing the wrong executable
Is there a way to delete a Windows service as being remembered? So it does not show up when I go to add monitor from the device snapshot page. Here's an example of my problem. I was originally monitoring a windows service named "WebApp" that was run by executable "WebApp.exe". After performing an update to the application that runs this service the name is still "WebApp" but the executable is now "WebApplication.exe". WAN RTT - strange number of tests
Hi, I installed the OpManager 8070 demo. I configured a Cisco 3800 to run IP SLA tests. Then I configured 5 WAN RTT tests. The strange thing is that the number of columns is different test to test. I mean, each test should have the same number of graph points, but this is not true. See the attached screen-shots. What should be the problem? Thanks, Roberto D.

Hello all, i use SupportCenter Plus and i have a question according to the "status". When I unsterstand correctly: There is a status "resolved" which you can set when a ticket is finished. Then the customer has to acknowledge the ticket in die Customer WebForm (Status=closed). How can the costumer acknowledge? I can not find the function or a property? Thank you for your answers Martin

Hi, I'm working on "resetting" my whole opmanager setup by installing on a new server, I'm creating a complete new Opmanager setup from scratch on a new MSSQL Server. I created a new "normal" setup with the default database, wich will be my next production Opmanager. AD/SQL/Exchange templates
Hi, I've just started using OpManager and I've got a couple of questions that hopefully someone can help with. Our environment has around 20 DCs, 25 Exchange servers and a few SQL servers. I'd like to be able to globally set the AD and Exchange monitors & thresholds, similar to how you can configure device templates. Can this be done, or do I need to manually edit each individual AD/Exchange server? Also, while trying to set up notification profiles, if I select all my DCs and add a notification

hi when i have updated by biuld number 8502, don't view real time interface status for new device. i remove all interface and rediscovery now but don't view real time status. thank's francesco
Why are snapshot and realtime graphs exactly 1 hour off?
I noticed that the traffic graphs under interface details as well as real-time graphs are exactly one hour behind the current time. Does that mean that notifications are 1 hour off as well? Is there a reason for this? Thanks. -James

Unable to install Netflow Analyzer plug-in
We are trying to evaluate the NetFlow Analyzer plugin for OpManager. After installing Netflow Analyzer plug-in for Opmanager and copying bcp.exe and bcp.rll into the NetFlow/bin directory. OpManager errors out with a few tables have become corrupt message upon restart. Running repairdb does not resolve the issue. Opmanager build 8052 and NetFlow Analyzer plug-in version 7700 Your help would be greatly appreciated. Rob
