How does an existing customer get build 58001 of OpUtils?

I see a link on the downloads page to get version 58001 of the OpUtils application if I'm currently running version 57000 ... 57003. There is nothing for a current 58000 installation. When I download and install the HotFix package, I get a message stating that it is not valid for the version I am currently running.

I saw a post from February stating that the link would be provided in an email, but when I hunted down the email and clicked on the link, it took me to the same download page I get to when browsing your web site.

I would very much like to keep my version patched as I'm experiencing some problems which I hope to be fixed in the current hot fix. Please post or send a link to the correct upgrade package.
