Unable to remote client computers
Dear Guys!
Good day!
We are having problems in remote control in desktop central. We are using it since May 2010, remote tool,software delivery and patch management is working properly. our configuration is the desktop central server administrator account password is different from our client administrator account password. but after last 2 weeks. we cannot remote our clients. we are experiencing "access denied" when we try to remote the client. one of the desktop central support said that we need to make the server admin password and client password same. to access clients using remote tool in desktop central. May i ask what i need to do besides the syncronizing of password for both server and client computers.
