I have some questions/suggestions regarding request view.

 

1. I created a public custom request view (Custom View1) and after that, "My View" still showed up.

Isn't it better it only shows up when there is at least one private view?

 

2. Custom View1 stays at the bottom of the view automatically.

Is there any way to change the order of views?

Is there any way to expand and collapse the view headings?

(These can reduce user's effort to scroll down to the view)

 

3. One of our client mentioned that View Request page is a bit annoying with most recent information down the bottom. It would be good to see notes up the top, and conversation threads up the top with latest email first and expanded.

 

4. There are many view options in Request View (i.e. Unassigned Requests, Request on Hold....) and you do not know if there is a request in that category before you drill into.

It would be nice if the view shows number of the requests in that category next to each view setting.

 

5. When merging 2 requests, there is no indication that the resulting request is merged with the other on the Request list view.

Also, it would be better for users to choose primary request rather than choosing just recent one.

 

6. When you edit a note, it then changes its datetime stamp, reordering it.

It would be better to keep notes on the original order.

 

They are all minor issues, and may be personal preference.

However, could you give me some feedback and let me know if you will consider for future release?
