Office Communicator Screen Pop Up
I am wondering if I could put a request in to add the possibility of integrating with Microsoft Office Communicator to allow somehow have a pop up with regards to creating a new request and have it select the user based on a phone call coming in. I know this is very complicated request; this would be like call center software working with either phone numbers. Report Scheduler Missing
I want to set some of the reports to be sent out on a schedule. My manual says to go to the Admin Tab, then Schedule Reports. I can not find any link or button that says "Schedule Reports." What am I doing wrong? Thanks. John
Monitoring a specific port without SNMP or CLI credencials
Hi there, We need to monitor a device TCP port 1521 (Oracle), but we don't have any credencials for this device. It is on our customer network, which we have access through our radio link (peer-to-peer) and we need to monitor if this TCP/1521 port is up or down. Hi Team Any feature in the road map for Multiple Approval in case of Service Request. We have customers who use Hierarchy when raising Service Request. This is for a Bank. Manually add IP address
Hi, in my network the OpUtils server doesn't have access to all the VLANs, so it can't resolve all MACs in the switch. Is there a way to manually configure the IP address in Switch Port Mapper or a workaround for this situation? Many Thanks!

Below packages are removed starting RedHat 4 according to the documentation. XFree86 XFree86-libs XFree86-base-fonts XFree86-xfs fontconfig XFree86-compat-libs compat-libs Following two packages still exist in RedHat 4 freetype-devel compat-libstdc++ ------------------------------------ Do I need to install above removed packages to Redhat 4 Linux before install OpManager or can I install the OpManager without those purged packages.

Layer2 network mapping
I tried the layer2 network mapping. I entered our core router, and which layout I wanted. The next page was almost blank, it just said "Error!" and the header said "Sorry! An error occured." Technicians assigning requests
I have a bit of a turf war going on where technicians are assigning requests to one another and they bounce back and forth. Is it possable to remove the ability for the technician to assign requests but still have the ability to pickup and assign to themselves? Regards, Patrick

View list - next page error
Hello, Running Opmgr 8720. I have 365 devices in a business map. When I show in the list and then I either hit show 500 records to see all the devices on one page or choose the arrow to goto the next page, the error "no devices found for the the XXXXX category." Virtual Machine monitor
Hi Guys, We recently converted one of our servers into a Virtual environment and since then the monitor is always coming up as being down as it cannot ping the server. Although if i ping the server from the monitoring server it comes up fine and find it via IP and DNS. The virtual machine is located on the applications manager server as well. Any ideas? VMware ESX 3.0 cannot monitored via SSH
Hi App-Support! If i what to add a new monitor over ssh, an VMware ESX 3.0, i cannot connect to this Server. After i click on "Add Monitor" AppManager never brings back a new status window. With "putty" the connect with same user/pw works fine. I look in the messages log on the server and find this entry: sshd[29791]: Did not receive identification string from Is it an ESX Firewall Problem? Or SSHDeamon config Problem? Two Bugs Relating To Task Lists
Hi, I have two problems to report, using 7610 but they existed in previous versions also. The first relates to viewing my open tasks. I view my open tasks by clicking "Show All" from the "Home" -> "My Tasks" section. This brings me here <hostname>/TaskDetails.cc?TYPE=MYOPEN After I click on a task, and perhaps change its title, and hit save, instead of just bringing me back to the list of "my open tasks", the page now displays ALL tasks every created. Virtual Server 2005 monitoring
How i can monitor a host with VS 2005? the VM performance? The WMI class is //root/vm/virtualserver but i can't see it in "Windows Performance counters" monitor in the host. Is possible in the future release to have a compliant monitoring with VS or vmware or Xen or Hyper-V?

Dear All, I have a problem about Netflow summary traffic packet like a picture. as the picture I'm on application tab to view application packet summary if you focus a red border you will see TCP_App Application with packet summary 826.62KB and then I click link for more detail like a picture below. Dear Support, we have a problem,now i am testing tral version of latest OpManager. I have tried to install it on the virtual server 2003 under Hyper-V 2008. there is no problem with configuration of Hyper-V. this server also hots other 3 servers without any problems. errors during monitor of a server
While monitoring a server somethimes the monitor has a problem. The messages are like these: Error # The RPC server is unavailable. Error # Not found authentication failed, please verify username and password when such error apears the monitor stay's green like nothing is going on. Is this nomal behaviour? TIA rene
Custom login not working
I followed the instructions found in the solutions of SDP to modify the login page. The only thing I changed was added the word "test" to the page. The page displays correctly, but when I sign in, the browser clicks over and over again like I'm being redirected back and forth between 2 pages. If I then click on my favorite for the site I am brought to the home tab with me signed in correctly.
