Hi,

 

I need a report with following fields:

Priority, Request ID, Created Time, Subject, Technician, Group, Request Status

 

It should be grouped by "Priority" and have following filters:

 

Create Date is "older than one week" and pending status is "yes".

 

I wand to schedule this report and send it once a week, so I don´t want to work with fixed dates.
