SNMP - Cisco and Windows OID Problems
Hey guys. My SNMP traps are returning just OID numbers and not "user readable" info. I've made sure to load all of the MIBs that I think I need in the "mibsToBeLoaded" file and I've restarted the OpManager service numerous times.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Loading the MIB's in the right order?
Some examples:
Windows returns "AuthenticationFailure : .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.2" instead of readable txt.
Cisco 3750 returns "AuthenticationFailure : .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.5.0" instead of readable txt.
Cisco 3750 returns ".1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.516" instead of the name of the Cisco product even though I am loading the "CISCO-PRODUCTS-MIB" mib.
I thought that I had loaded all of the necessary MIB's and in the right order but something is still wrong.
