Number of connections to each database using MSSQL monitor dashboard?
Right now the dashboard gives only a total number of database connections to the server and it does not break down the number of connections to each database. My MSSQL server has 20 databases and I would like to monitor how many connections there are to each of them. Is this possible?

Clear syslog event
Hello We are using demo version of OpManager and trying to make clear event for syslog message. Our devices sometimes send messages about EIGRP events. All the time when I have to select from a list of fields, in reporting for example, they are in some arbitrary order like how they appear on the form. Can we please have an option to order fields alphabetically? It would make finding the right field so much easier and save me so much time.

Documentation of Access Permissions for default roles?
Is there any documentation available for the Access Permissions for the default roles? Unlike with roles that you add yourself, it isn't possible to click on the name of the default roles to see what their access permissions are. The default roles I mean are: AERemoteControl SDAdmin SDChangeManager SDCo-ordinator SDGuest SDReport Also it would be nice to know exactly what each Access Permission does in all of the modules in SDP. Most of our monitoring and billing is specific to Volume based billing Is it possible to add Top IP Group by Volume to the dashboard? also as a side issue is it possible when clicking into an IP Group that the Volume based tab is the default, along with a setting to show the current month usage rather than the last 15 minuts as the default displays?
IT Service purpose?
What is the purpose of the IT Service field that is used in both Problems and Changes? How does this differ from the Category/Sub Category/Item structure? I'd appreciate if someone could give me an example of how they are used differently. Monitoring ESX and VM through Firewall and NAT
Hello to all, I recently update to sp7 - monitoring ESX Server feature is great and I had added all ESX server. I monitored these ESXs through gateway / NAT and therefore VM hosted on ESXs are not pingable (because of firewall and because of NAT). So Alarms are fired and ESX are displayed in red whereas there is no specific issue. Is there a way to disable these specific alarm ? How can I do that ? Thanking you in advance sebastien
Using Account / Subaccounts wihtin request
We can set up new users within a request (rep phone call) having its name, email, account, phone number, etc. But if we have sub-accounts then whe have the problem, we can then change contact information and allocate them to their corresponding sub account but cannot chage the request to the propoer subaccount (bussiness unit) he/she is at. Under request form customization we do not see any place where sub-accounts can be selected. We can olny see and select accounts. Can a new form be designed because

The Microsoft patching and associated bulletin information is pretty good but the same cannot be said for 3rd party application patches for Adobe and Mozilla. None of the bulletin ID links point to the URL on the vendor's site that describes the patch details. Clicking a bulletin link for Flash, for example, takes you to the Microsoft KB and an "article not found" page. Dear support , I was using Snare Agent for Windows for agent If i choose : Host Type : Windows , it must have username / pass "Needs Admin. Privilege" -> i don't want ! If i choose : Host Type : Linux , it don't need password , but not have log in server . Event log Analyzer Ver 6.1 Problem : Compliance Report on Object Access replaced username with computername$ for any object accessed from services accounts like(System, Network,etc) I ran report for PCI (Compliance Report on Object Access) after reviewed, I founded a discrepancy between the report and the original event log. Report showed computername$ as username for any object access with event log 560 from computer services like system, network, etc. instead of the original user.

Deleting Users and .V2 Profiles
When we delete a user using AdManager +, it removes the user's profile folder that XP uses but it does not remove the .V2 folder that is created for Vista / Windows 7. I believe this should be updated to include the removal of both folders when deleteing a user.

Hi, I have these MIBs for my Sun 7210 Storage device, but I don't really know what to do with them. Do I upload them using the MIB Browser? Or do I copy them to the Opmanager\mibs directory? And once I do that, will Opman automatically recognize my device, or do I still have some configuring to do? I would like Opman to recognize the device when I add it, and also notify me of any traps that the device sends. I've attached the MIBs so you can include it into future releases..
How to apply Business Hours to availability report
Hi, Is it possible to generate a report based on Monthly availability for example a URL being monitor and apply the define business hours? Good day I can't insert the value of SNMP community. On our network employs about 300 network devices. SNMP community = alanet + *. Inserting the value "alanet + *" in the "Admin"> "Credential Settings"> "Credential Library". Custom SNMP Monitor
Hi Team We are facing a problem with Custom SNMP monitors. CPU not able to be monitored.
Hi All, I have got this tool into our organization recently amd i am new to use it. I have some clarification while adding a server and adding it to be monitored for CPU utilization. when i click on the add monitor and if i add disk,CPU and memory utilization i can see only disk and memory utilization but not able to see CPU being monitored.
