assigning contacts to contract expiry notifications
Hello,
I am currently adding contracts to accounts and configuring notifications for contract expiry. When i do this i initially can only select Support reps, but i want to be also able to assign account managers, and contacts. then if i click on Edit, it gives me the option to add account managers and contacts. However when i do so and then save, the emails do not show up in the Notify To list.
This seems like a bug to me?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
