I am receiving an error that "firewall is enabled" when trying to remote control into some of our computers.  When I turn off Windows Firewall, it works.  Inventory scanning and configurations work fine.  What ports/files need to be opened on the client side?

 

Also- what agent is best for managing laptops in a VPN environment.  We are not going to connect to them unless they have a inside address.
