High Memory Utilzation and many instances of Java.exe process
I'm using ServiceDesk 7.5 (build 7504), and I have some problems with two process (java.exe and cmd.exe). This Process are running por more of 30 times with a bit of memory for each. These processes consume all my RAM. There is one picture: How I can solve this issue? Regards, Pablo.

Due to our network design I need to have my OpManager box listen to SNMP traps and poll devices on multiple interfaces. Is that possible? I have one network area to monitor and to reach it the traffic needs to go out eth0 and I have a different subnet that needs to be polled and the traps need to be received via eth1. Internet Explorer: Unable to link to page you requested
Hi there, One user is getting an Internet Explorer message every time when trying to change his password: Unable to link to page you requested. This happens after he chooses a new password, enters the CAPTCHA and hits continue. I have had this happen to me intermittently too, in various different areas of the product, when trying to recreate the problem. We use IE7, this is part of the corporate image. I have the same issue when testing in Firefox. Please advise - thanks!

Whenever a user account that has been disabled is re-enabled and moved to the appropriate OU, that account still seems to be flagged as disabled in ADAudit as it will continue to send out alerts every time that user logs into a computer. I have recently removed several devices from OpManager as they were not discovered correctly, after deleting them, I can now not re-add them. Real Last Logon Report against a group has a limit???
I've been working with Support on an issue with our AD Manager Plus application for about a month or two now. Whenever we run the the Real Last Logon report against a group the results don't go over 1500 users when polling. I've tried various groups that have 2,000+ and 3,000+ user objects in it but it doesn't go over 1500 for that report when running it against a group. MQ Monitoring
I start to test the App Manager to connect to our testing MQ server but fail. It always said “Monitor is down .Couldn't establish connection.” But if telnet the port from AppManager Server to testing MQ server is ok. The pre-requisite of jar is imported and the server said they are ok. The App Manager 9.x is running on a Centos Box while the MQ is on windows. I am not sure it caused the issue or not.

Hi everyone, What happened to the option to change requests into plain text? When editing a request there used to be a button to click to change it over on the far right of the toolbar. Restrict permission- Making Calls on Hold not allowed for Engineers/ Technicians
I want that the Calls, if to be made on hold, should be made only by the HelpDesk and not the technicians. The technicians should only be allowed to close the call and not make it on hold. If there is any issue which requires that the call may be put on hold, the technicians should ask the helpdesk to make it so.

How to monitor postgres without providing password
Hi all I have installed Appmanager 9 and build number is 9500. I tried configuring the postgres database under monitoring in app manager but it requires the username and password. The username is postgres but in my database configuration I have not supplied a password. In pg_hba.conf I have 'trust' in the METHOD option for local as well as app manager server's ip. So is there any method to not provide password and start monitoring. If i keep it blank then it still asks to enter something in the password

I would like to ask about Report using OU. I couldn't find report related to OU in almost every report. For example Reports > User Reports > Disabled User Account, i want to use OU to filter every department in my office, but i couldn't find one. Also in Custom Reports if you select any "Select Sub Module:" there isn't criteria related to OU and i thought is not very useful :) Thanks
