Using Infopath to Submit API data or pre-filled forms
Hi, We use infopath forms to submit data to various other systems due to forms are prefilled. Has any managed to use Infopath to submit or post data to ServiceDesk API request URL? Alternatively, has anyone managed to get forms prefilled with user data before being submitted? Cheers, Mark
How to delete accounts / contacts from Support Centre Plus?
Hi, While importing the customers/contacts in support centre we ran into one issue. The CSV file as imported approx 160000 wrong rows.. i want to delete these contacts either by selecting them or by writing a query to mysql. Does anyone know how to do that? My basic concern is which tables in mysql contain information for Accounts & Contacts?

Switch Port Alert Craziness
I have read a couple of other threads from 2006 but haven't been able to find an answer. How does one make it to where Opmanager doesn't let me know everytime a port goes up and down? (this is for the opmanager software....as I do not have it setup to email me or sms me alerts yet.) I am tired of logging into the interface and seeing that the same ports are down...mainly because I don't use them. I want to be able to see traffic on live ports and be able to tell if a port is up or down on the switch

OPManager not doing the Backup for me
Hi There, we have opmanager installed on a windows xp machine and its been running for sometime now more than a year but we are trying to move it to Windows 2003 Server now so i installed the server and installed OPManager on it. But my Problem is on the current install windows xp OPManager, i went to program files ==> Opmanager --> Database Maintenance and clicked on Backup but everytime i do that i get an error message saying "Error writting queries to file." I tried doing it by going to OPManager

License Store Passwords Expiring
Hi, I have several license keys stored in PMP in License Store type resources. Unfortunately these are showing up on my expired password reports after they reach an age older than my default password policy allows and there doesn't seem to be any way to change them to unrestricted policy. Same thing for the encryption keys we have stored in Key Store type resources. Is there a way to fix this?
User Account Control window not visible during remote connection
My client is a Windows 7 machine. I just deployed the SD+ agent to the computer. I tried to run an application with administrator privileges, and I was unable to see the User Account Control prompt. I had to remote into the computer with another remote control tool. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

Every time i try to scan sun solaris machine. two issues occurs: 1) machine name change to : "-f" (i found that SDP is using command hostname -f) 2)even after that the machine scan failed. I do scanning using local cred and it doesn't matter access method is ssh or telnet I guess from the first command it only means that the SDP has recognized the machine as Solaris. please find the part of serverout log after scanning a mcahine

Store Password using Reversible Encryption.
I'm currently testing out ADManager, and have hit a snag. When I select "Store password using reversible encryption" under the account properties, and set "Same as user logon name" under the password section. The Password is not actually stored using reversible encryption. The user is created, and the option is set in AD, but I get errors indicating that the password is not set using reversible encryption. User f0def15fb15b was denied access. how to change admin user to a non-admin role in pmp
I have transferred their resources to someone else but I am unable to change his role from an administrator. i would like to keep his account but change it to a user role so I can give someone else the admin role. How do I do that?

I'm finishing the trial, and, after decided to opt for SupportCenter solution, decided to install a brand new server, to start from a clean slate. I've got about 400 accounts to import, and about 1200 contacts. Almost everything is "importable", except from the mail domain. Is there a solution for that, or must i fill again the domain name?

In the helpdesk section I am setting up some categories, and is there any chance that the levels can be expanded to for examble 5 levels ? I have some "headcategories" and then need to have the option of select at least 4 "undercategories". I need this to pinpoint the excact product this ticket is about. IIS Monitor - Specific URL's
I want to be able to monitor IIS on our front end web servers, however our web apps require a subdomain to be specified to process any incoming requests. When I monitor IIS with AppManager, it does show up fine but gives our software fits because it's requesting non-specific URL's. Is there a way to tell the monitor to ping the server using a specific URL or maybe change the method by which it is checking? I only see the https and polling interval options under edit monitor.
MS Exchange monitors return no data
I am running OpManager in 30-day trial mode. I get the exptected behaviour from almost all monitors except the Exchange ones. My Exchange server is version 2003, running on Proliant DL380 G4 server. SNMP is enabled, in case you ask.

Memory leak in Desktop Central Agent
I have noticed that the agent program dcswmeter.exe is consuming large amounts of memory on some of our servers. Restarting the service returns the memory usage to a sensible level. The memory used has been between 1GB and 2GB on some servers which obviously has a knock on affect on the server performance. I have seen this in both Windows 2003 and 2008 servers. The agent version is 7.2.16.

Hi, I defined operational hours and working days (in Iran Firday is off). The calendar works fine in "change module" but it doesnt work in request form or request summary (Global view feature). The graph is started from Monday instead of Saturday. I appreciate your help.

Set time to 0:00 by default on date/time field
I've added a date/time field for Requesters and set it as a date/time field. Is there a way to get the time to default to 0:00? I don't need to include hours/minutes in the dates I'm entering and it's cumbersome to have to manually set the hours and minutes to 0 for every date I enter. Thanks!
