We are testing the J2EE monitor in an Oracle AS instance (OAS 10.1.3).

We have followed the instructions in HelpCard and are able to deploy the WebTransactionAgent.jar, but then we can't start the application we want to monitor. There are no indications in opmn.log or application log of any conflicts or similar problems.

When we remove the jar file from opmn.xml, the application starts w/o problems !

We have deployed the OAS monitor (using DMS) as well - using port 7200.

For WebTransactionAgent we use default port 55555.

 

Anyone out there that has implemented J2EE monitor for OAS ?
