Opmanager starts but corrupts database, please help!
Hello! Recently I installed a fresh install of Opmanager 8 and updated it to v.8812. I added many devices and created maps, but after Windows Server 2008 updated a few things it restarted and Opmanager went haywire! It starts as a service, in web interface I get "Initializing Modules..." for a minute or so, and then a login screen appears. When I try to log in with correct credentials I get "Oops looks like a few tables got corrupted. Don't worry.. Run RepairDB.bat from bin directory and restart

problem with \jdbc\lib\classes12.zip
Hi i want to monitor my oracle database but when i add it i get this error Unable to connect to Oracle Server. Replace the \working\classes\classes12.zip file from Applications Manager Home with \jdbc\lib\classes12.zip file present in Oracle Installation Home. Then restart the Applications Manager server and try to create oracle monitor again. How to restrict or remove information from user's dashboard and Overview
We recently created a end user from admin account. We created the business view for this user and added only 1 device to this view, then linked to that user ("Only the selected Business Views" was selected) The problem at the moment is, the admin have plenty devices and lots of different network traffic monitoring graphic (widget) on the Overview page. Both admin and end user goes to "Overview" as default Home page after login, and both of them got those monitoring graphic (widget) showing there.

ELA not starting after upgrade
Upgraded my distributed version, 2 out 3 of my servers came up. One has not, although the service is stated on the Server when i browse to the log on page i get : HTTP Status 404 - /event/index3.do type Status report message /event/index3.do description The requested resource (/event/index3.do) is not available. Hi, I have installed Firewall Analyzer on windows Server 2008 R2 on ESXi and I have config all the settings for firewall ASA device. But it still could not recognize device and revive logs from Firewall Device. Also it says that UDP Port 514 is down.(Syslog port(s) down. Please fix.) Asset disappear (PC)
Hi, I have problem with the PC scanning, some PC under Windows XP has the agent installed (with the option to push the data at each reboot) and it's not working. When I deploy (on PC A) the agent using the SD+ (Tab Asset / Agent Settings / Methods of Agent deployment / tab AE Application / Individual machine) the agent install scan but it's not assigned to the right user (no prob I can change it). If I do the same process on the PC B the PC A disappear. Please help with this ?%&*()& scan function.

SD Running Slow
Microsoft SQL 2005 Windows server 2003 SP2 4GB Ram 8.1.0 Build 8124 It is slow when adding notes/resolutions/closing tickets from requestors who are not also techs. If you just click ahead on to something else it will contiune fine, its almost like the refresh after clicking the "submit" button is slow. I have included the thread dump.

New Netbackup 7.1.0.3 installation : service is displayed down, but sevices is really running
Hi everybody, Since 1 month now we are updating our Symantec NetBackup Agent from v.6.5.3 to v7.1.0.3. And now ON EVERY UPDATED SERVERS netbackup client service is displayed down but service is running !!! when i choose to add a monitored service the service is shown in "green" and since i add this monitor to the server, after a while it raised an alarm for "windows service down" some informations : OpManager version 9011 (waiting the new AMS license to update to the last version) Does someone experience

Alarm widget size
Hi We have resently added Event log monitoring and the All alarms widget is now showing warnings for the event logs. My issue is now that the All alarms widget has expandet it's size on the monitoring homepage and are showing alot of text from the alarms. Is it posible to minimize the amount of alarm message text shown in the All alarms widget?

Having trouble with MIB on Centos 6
Guys, I am new to Linux and opmanager. My opmanager server is Windows 2008 server i am trying to monitor CPU/Disk utilization on Centos 6 server. I have snmpd service running on linux server. When i run "test monitor" on CPU utilization The Monitor did not respond to the test request 1. Check if SNMP is enabled on this device. 2. The SNMP request might have timed out 3. My environment machines have mixed this with WMI and SNMP. I am wanting to use the DeviceTemplate and standardize the monitors. I want to know if I put in DeviceTemplate both types of monitors SNMP and WMI, I want if I put these two monitors I'll have some kind of problem? Conflict for example.

SDP MSP Reply Message Tool Buttons Don't Work
Hello, The company where I work is using SDP MSP Enterprise version 8003. We found that tool buttons under reply message for request (i.e. Bold character, spell check, insert link, insert picture) don't work, except Font Size and Font Type. If we click one of those buttons, there is nothing happened. We also tried in 8102 and it still shows the same issue.

Configure Alerts
I would like to modify the alerts DC8 sends when a computer has not been in contact for more than 60 days. When I go to Admin > Scope of Management > Configure, change the subject line and click 'save' I am presented with a window that says 'Alert: Successfully Updated'. However, when I then go back into that same Alert, the changes I have made to the subject line are no longer there. Is this a bug?

SQL 2005 monitors not working after SP4
Hello, we have two servers with Microsoft SQL server 2005 STD, we had configured a few SQL monitors and was working propertly, but after aplying SP4 to SQL, the SQL monitors stop responding and the data for this monitors are N/A. Is it possible to link a newly created SLA to multiple sites? If possible pls give me the procedure for doing that. Also I am unable to add users in the escallation column other than technicians.
