Reg- Issue faced in Configuring Business View

dear Opmanager/Netflow Analyzer Team,

We are using Manage Engine Build Number: 9200 and i have provided read only Access for him to view a particular Router Traffic details so i have created a seperate login and business view for him. but he is unable to view the ip conversations of that router in that business view. how to configure it. kindly help me to solve out this issue.
