We intend to deploy the tool Helpdesk Manage Engine on a DMZ and open the gate to our customers so that they can see the progress and create a ticket.

 

However, since a web portal involves opening our private network to the outside and therefore security problems. I wonder if the software has been tested for safety or if there are security vulnerabilities.
