Include automation workflow results into email notifications
I'd like to see the results of a triggered workflow to be added to emails sent from the notification profile. This way I can immediately see the additional info in the first notification email, which could help with false alarms.

Problem on requester's Replies
Hi! I have a problem with the replies from the requesters. I've changed the template the replies as seen in the next image. When the requester hit the reply button underneath the description of the request everything works fine. But when requesters pressed the answer button that is in the conversations is automatically added to the response template the text of conversation. This behavior does not happen with the technicians and that regardless of the answer button is pressed always the template

Merge Device Monitors
Im trying to figure out if there is a way to merge devices, or at least an easy way to copy the monitors from one device to another. Currently we have a lot of our servers added manually. I am now going through and adding the ESX Hosts so that all the VM's come over automatically. The problem is the servers have all the notifications tied to them and i want to move these monitors to the virtual device instance. Hello Folks i wonder can anyone fully utilizing this feature in opmanager ? After discovering devices in opmanager we want to bring devices (servers , switches , APs) on the subnet based maps. Currently opmanager has only layer 2 mapping but some problems . also dont brings the servers , aps , terminals. i attached the whats up screenshot of layer 2 mapping . Multiple Account Managers for one Account
Hello! Our company has a few big clients which have several account managers, one for each software developer. The problem is that now it's impossible to add more than one account manager to the client's account. Please, make it possible to link multiple managers to the client account and it would be really awesome to create rules which one of managers should be notified based on filters (product/group the case was created for, etc). Cannot get Active Directory Authentication to work...
I have enabled pass through authentication and managed to important all of my users and accounts... But no matter what i try to do Pass through authentication will not work... When i press save it just says "SUCCESS :Active Directory authentication is enabled." When i go to a computer and go to the URL i get a popup box asking for login credentials like the windows login box asking for a username and password, if i cancel it, i go to the helpdesk and it asks for a username and password...

Questions about windows event log pulling mechanism
I have downloaded and setup eventlog analyzer. We are evaluating it before purchase. It's minimum log polling interval is 10 minute. I wonder what happens between log pollings. My questions are: 1- Does the agent collect windows event logs as soon as any event created and cache then send at end of interval? 2- Or does the agent get logs at the end of interval and send? 3- How is it guarantied that thereis no log loss happens in case server shutdown or network failure during log collecting interval?

I use OpManager Enterprise 9410. I just realized, that the download og the truststore file unter Admin - Probes is not possible in IE. It works with Firefox. Does anybody have a solution for that? How can I download the truststore file in Internet Explorer? Thanks jobu74

Hi, We would like to crosscheck that all our server's monitors using SSH protocol - mainly AIX, Solaris and Linux servers - do have the correct "command prompt" defined in comparison with the one really defined on host level. Business Unit Categories and other options
I want the ability to "copy" an entire Category layout from one BU to another. For example when switching on BU having used SC+ in non-BU mode for some time, all the categories I need are present in the default BU. When I create new BUs I have create the entire category list again. Now I appreciate that some BUs may need a totally different category list, but having to add the same list again (over 100 catgeories in our case) is going to be very tedious. We should be able to duplicate the lists

When I try to use remote control from the agent it looks like it is trying to connect by the computer domain. Is there anyway to automatically change this to the IP address? If I change the computers name in service desk to the IP addres then I can connect.
