I am trying to add a custom field in the Service Desk forms customizer. I would like to create a new field about the size of the default description field with uneditable text populated in it. I am trying to put a notice on the form.  

 

I can seem to create little ones all over the place but nothing larger like the description field.

 

Anyone have a suggestion?
