am.mssql.databaseserver.config Error when attempting to create a MSSQL monitor
I'm attempting to create a MSSQL monitor for a named SQL Server instance, using SQL Server Authentication. The 'Test Credential' button returns a cryptic 'Failed. am.mssql.databaseserver.config' error. I have numerous other SQL Server monitors that I've configured successfully using identical methods. Cannot find a clue what the issue is by checking SQL Server Error or Windows Event logs. I also checked the Appmanager stderr logs - I do see the following error messages immediately after testing

Reset and unlock works but 'change password' does not..
Hi, We are doing our final testing before releasing the product to our users. We have found that account unlocks and reset are working fine but the 'change password' function is not. Users can login but when they enter their old password and then the new and hit return, there is no error message, it just show the blank form again. Any ideas? thanks Jason

The Topo Mapper could not be installed in a machine that OpManager had running/installed. 2. Hi, I am using Netflow version 9.8.6 build 9861. I Need to Replace one router (hardware failure), after that, only LAN interface (fa0/0) show graphics at netflow. I Try delete router from netflow, then new router is displayed, with only 1 interface. Any Idea? Tans

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to configure ServiceDesk to automatically send a reminder email to technicians 15 minutes prior to the start date/time on a change. I noticed in Service Desk 8.0 Build 8004 a new feature is to allow additional fields to be imported from Active Directory. I cannot seem to find any documentation on how to do this though. I would like to import the Office field in the General tab of AD. So under import from Active Directory screen I have the follow, but it doesn’t seem to take. Any suggestions? Thanks! Upgrading 32bit to 64bit
Hi, We are currently running product.processor_architecture=32 product.build_number=5240 product.version=5.2.0 product.name=ManageEngine ADManager Plus but are having issues with Email mailboxes being setup in Exchange 2007 being set as only legacy accounts. Memory/Disk Utilization not displaying after upgrade to 10200
Hello, After upgrading to 10200 (last night) I noticed that any physical server is no longer collecting or displaying Memory or Disk Utilization. This is happening for all versions of Windows 2003 (32/64it), Windows 2008 (64bit), Windows 2008r2 (64bit) and Windows 2012 (64bit). If we go into Memory/Disk Utilization and click test it starts to work again, but we have a few hundred physical servers still. Is there a fix available for this? TIA
Color Palette Not Working
What am I doing wrong. I have set the color palette for various "Status" yet it does not show up under the requests tab. The status is all the same regardless of status category/type. Why have color palette if it's not going to give you that color view at a glance capability. Help - would like to have on-hold show as different color as open. Thanks so much Jackie

Confused - Recommend vs Approve Change
Hi, I'm slightly confused by how the Change approval process works in ServiceDesk. Example, I add a CAB member and 'send for recommendation'. At which point this technician approves the change and I get an email saying 'Approved by .....' Then when I look at the change it shows the CAB member recommended the change but it hasn't been officially 'approved'. Instead it would appear this CAB member has to log into ServiceDesk and manually approve the change twice. Can anyone clarify how the Change
