I'm trying to monitor a MSMQ on a windows 2003 server. I add the monitor without any problem through the device templates and am able to test the monitor successfully. As soon as I add thresholds to the monitor and then try and test the monitor again I get "The Monitor did not respond to the test request "

Any help would be appreciated.
