Historical 'All Alerts' report shows only 'Clear' alerts
Hello, Good Morning. I am trying to run "Reports->System->All Alerts" report to take out all alerts occurred in the month of 'August'. But i only get 'Clear' alerts, not other severity alerts. Is there any mistake that we have configured such a way to retain only 'Clear' alerts in the database?. Do you have any DB query to pull "All Alerts" of any severity for a specific date range?. OpUtils 7 web page does not render properly - page way too wide.
Hello, I have installed OpUtils 7 on 2013-11-28 on our OpManager (latest version) server as a plug-in. When I click on tabs such as "Switch Port Mapper" and most other tabs in OpUtils 7, the page displayed is way to wide! My screen resolution is 2481x1328 and when I size the browser page to half my screen, the OpUtils content does not adjust for the new browser window size. It's still sized for 2481x1328 screen and I have to scroll sideways all the time making this product unusable. I've tried the

I am trying to push a folder shortcut to certain users' desktops. So far, I'm failing miserably. I am going to Configurations, User Configurations, Shortcut, and then defining the configuration. External IP address change for server
We have changed our ISP and as a result our external IP address has changed. I have changed the address in the NAT settings but there appears to be no way to change it on the Agent on the phones. I am unable to uninstall the app from a Droid Maxx. It tells mee i must deactivate the app because it is a device administrator but I don't see anyway to do that. It appears that the only option is to wipe the phone back to factory defaults. Help Mike

I'm planning on setting up automatic patch deployment, but I'd like to have to ability to roll back or uninstall a patch across the board if it is causing problems. There doesn't seem to be an "uninstall" option when looking at installed patches. Is there a way to do this? Thanks Candi
MS Patch KB2861193 - False Positive
Hi, A few of our machines are scanned in DC and apparently missing patch KB2861193 - However, this patch is not for the machines. The machines scanned are Windows 7 SP 1 and the details from the MS website say the patch is applicable to .Net 4.5 on Vista SP2 and Svr 2008 SP 2 only >> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2861193 Is there anything I can do to remove this patch from DC so it doesn't show a false positive?

Links not working in File Folder Operation window
Hi, I am trying to use desktop central for copying, moving, renaming files in various files in the managed computers. But the problem I am experiencing is that the links in the File Folder Operation window are not working for me. In step 2, ie Define Configuration, I cannot move to tabs "Rename", "Move" and "Delete" from the tab "Copy". The button "Add More File/Folder" in step 2 is also not functioning. I am not able to save the configuration as the "Save As Draft" button is not working. Kindly

Hi there, does anyone have any (in depth) notes regarding the installation of MS SQL 2008 for use with SD+? I have tried this a few times on a VM, but when I come to run changeDBserver, it doesn't accept the password. I have used the local administrator account for every SQL instance. I'm not too hot on SQL... and previously when I have installed it on my personal machine to test it's worked without having to install SQL. Are the newer versions different? I get error saying, "Error parsing MIB:AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mibException while loading MIB:Could not parse the file E:/OPMANA~1/./mibs/AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mib. The error occured at the line no: 6 ,column: 22. Module name should start with the uppercase letter.(and usually contains no lowercase letters)." Various Issue in OpManager Implementation
We have recently purchased OpManager Enterprise for our Multi-site implementation. However we keep running into random issues which is seriously hampering our completion goal which we are unable to achieve. Dear Opmanager, I have a new HP DL580 G7 server and i want to monitor the internal disks for failures. I have downloaded the latest MIB's from HP and copied them into the MIB folder of the Opmanager server. The server is allready in Opmanager , how do I load the MIB in Opmanager and add i.e. the hardware I'm interested in ?
