Preventive maintaince
I'd like to have an option in preventive maintaince, to chose due by date.
By now, it's based on SLA, but I don't like to have a different SLA only for preventive maintaince, it'll be good to chose SLA medium, but accomplish that requests in 10 days
Do you have my point?
