I can view the syslog via opmanager's syslog viewer, and already set the rule. But still cannot generate the syslog alarm.

I am using opmanager build 10000.

syslog eg. %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from...........

rule eg.

Facility Name:Any

Severity:Notice, Information

Match Text: SYS-5-CONFIG_I

Alert Severity: Critical

AlarmMessage: $Message
