Very very very weird Email fetching failed problem

We have issue with the Mail Fetching, after we will in the Outgoing and Incoming details, it prompted "Settings saved successfully. But an error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Authentication Failed using the given username and password."

The last attempt to fetch mail is on last Friday 27.12.2013.

1. We had verified that the username and password being used is correct. By creating an account in Microsoft Outlook and even thru webmail.

2. AFTER this issue happened, we had also tried updated the hotfix, we were at 7908 before the issue, we upgraded to 7914 first, then from 7914 upgraded to 7928

3. We also tried to install this Support Center on a brand new server, outside our network, but the mail fetching is not working.

4. We did try the "telnet <mail.server.host> 995", it went thru, so the connection with the mail server is there. But in the Support FAQ there is another thing we need to test which is to test the Username & Password by doing "telnet <ip address> 995", this does not prompt for me to enter User and Pass. (Wondering why this appear because this 2nd telnet above the logic is the same as the 1st telnet so it should went thru, the only different is telnet thru IP or Hostname only, so it is either:
a. Success-> prompt a empty dark screen
b. Failed-> prompt message could not open connection
(but anyway we had confirmed using Outlook and the Webmail that the username and password is correct)

5. We don't have our own mail server, We are connecting to Yahoo Business Mail, it is similar to Yahoo or Google mail.

Outgoing:
Server: pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
Email Type: POP
Port: 995

Incoming:
Server: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
Email Type: SMTP
Port 465

We also tried to connect to other User, for example my user andy.chan@ventus-global.com, also not working, also tried for Google mail user.

6. I had generated Support file after i start the manage engine server and input all mail settings and start mail fetching, click on the link below to access the file:


Could there be any setting missing? Any file corrupted? Because it cannot be Authentication failed for all different Mail service provider.
