i am attempting to reorganize my manage engine categories that we assign to tickets and was wondering if anyone knew how you can export those categories so i could see them all listed. Right now my method is screenshot the category and its sub category and as you'd expect its extremely slow and not really working. So if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Eventlog are not automatically retrieve in AS/400 host
In AS/400 host that I add, I could retrieve the log using scanNow icon but somehow it doest not retrieve automatically based on the period time that I set ( 10 or 20 min ). It happen in the past and I solve it by re-install the eventlog analyzer server. Anyway I could get the events periodically without I need to re-install the server ?

Spam Filter Rule for top-level domain designator

QUESTION - It is possible to create a downtime schedule with "Start" on a past date and "End" on a future date, and it apply?

O365 Account Creation
Hi I have a separate server that runs Azure AD Connect. With ADManager Plus being on a separate server, how do I configure it when creating accounts to also make sure the user is put into O365? This may not be necessary since their account would be getting sync'd to O365 via Azure AD Connect automatically (usually within a few minutes). But, how is it supposed to work if using Azure AD Management only? You would need Azure AD Connect installed locally on the server, and it would just kick off

Add Device - Standardize the naming
Hi, I am adding devices to the OpManager to monitor. I am adding Windows Servers and is being discovered using WMI. Once the Device is added, I am concerned with the naming formats. Though I give the name of the Server in full 'CAPS' once the device is added, it changes to 'Caps'. I want all of it to be in 'CAPS'. I just started with working with OpManager, and the previous person who was in charge of the tool has added most of the devices in full 'CAPS' If I see now, only the ones that I have created
SNMP timeout not displaying alert
Hi, I added an SNMP device to OpManager v12. It shows correctly as an SNMP device in the inventory. I then stopped SNMP from the client. I expected an SNMP timeout alarm or something similar to show in OpManager but the status of the device still shows as clear and no alarm was triggered. The device is a Virtual Machine running Linux. Did I miss certain configuration? Thank you.
Custom monitor problems
Hi, I am running OpManager v12. I have been trying to add custom monitors to my device but I have some issues. I went to device template -> Add Template. I added the Device template name, a new vendor name, category is unknown. Device Identifier (sysOID). I then added a new Monitor. Some issues seem to be present: 1) When I add a new monitor, often times it just goes away. When I click again on my custom device template. I can't find it in the Monitor section or in the list of vendor monitors.
LDAP over SSL User Authentication
Hi, We would like to delegate the user authentication to a LDAP server. SD+ supports this but I didn't really see any option to connect to the LDAP over SSL. Specifying ldaps:// as URI or port 636 as 'Domain Controller' results in an error. According to a response of a sales rep, SD+ does support it, i assume via java's keytool functionality. Adding a a new field type to Service/Incident Requests
I'd like to propose the option of having a label field type for the purpose of conveying information to the requester. This would be similar to a Text Box but would not allow the user to input data. Example: Above the "Call back number field" "Please ensure the person listed as the contact is available between 08:00 and 17:00." Can not monitor CAS services
Hi, I tried Exchange Reporter Plus to monitor my Exchange 2013 system. After I'd added Organization, it detected all MB and ACS server but anythings related to CAS services show "-". On Report Configuration - Server Monitoring category, these things show "No data currently available for the report. Please wait for the data collection to occur" status. Please help. Thank you.
Opmanager 2 questions
1. CCTV I have created a cctv with the manually created dashboards. But the cctv is only showing one with all the widgets which i have added in the other dasboards. Is that an known issue? 2. Cannot remove MS Search If the added device contains a MSSQL installation the MSSQL monitors will be added. This is very nice, but I do not want the MS Search service to be monitorerd. I can click on the Recycle bin behind the monitor, but nothing happens.
Multiple Policies for different OUs
In our Domain we have specific OUs that are managed by users within their own OU. Can We create additional Policies that allow those users to manage only their OUs without having access to the entire Domain?? Also, If I add a customer admin as a Technician can I restrict them to only manage their OU?

Good Day I have OpManager running in a Windows server 2008. we where conducting a training session. where 15 Technicians are require to log in. However once all the everybody logs in the. OpManager services stop and and server times out. but the Service Desk and Applications Manager are running just fine. Could it be a problem with user load ion OpsManager?
