The ultimate QoL and feature request list for SDP Ondemand

Hey guys,

Been using SDP Ondemand for a while now. All in all, i'm a happy customer. Which is not to say i'm willing helping out and make some suggestions. The following is the The ultimate QoL and feature request list for SDP Ondemand, and includes bugs that need to be squashed, as well as new features and some QoL improvements:

Assets --> Workstations and Servers: cannot manually add disks
Assets --> Workstations and Servers: cannot manually add network adapters
Additional field --> Pick List: cannot select multiple items
Request --> Reply or Forward: autograph (set through your accountname --> Personalize) is always set at the complete bottom
Multiple Lines textbox: it is too small, make it larger and resizable
The asset listviews: make the listviews configurable per CI item, not globally over the assets, asset components, non-it assets and software. When i'm viewing the Workstations listview, i want different field visible then when i'm watching the Servers listview.
Make available additional fields available per CI item, not globally over assets, asset components, non-it assets and software.
Make different listviews directly exportable to PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX
Manually add software to a workstation or server: add a search textfield and sort the list alphabetically or add in a quick type filter
Software License: 'Total Cost (€) __ Per License' and the License Agreement field 'Purchase Cost (€) do not calculate correctly. It doesn't seem to take into account decimal digits.
Software License: 'Purchase Cost (€) __ Per License takes comma's and dots as delimiters, where other monetary fields only accept dots. Make the use of comma's or dots equal across all monetary field, and use the same delimiter
Make assigning licenses to sites easier. Currently you have to go through each individual license to add it to a site
Make it possible to add additional field: a true hyperlink field
Add a image additional field
Search does not work if you add in additional fields: if i add in a numeric field for requests: i cannot search on numeric values. It does work for text-based added fields
Make it possible to link a solution to an asset. Use case: the configuration document or the design documents are directly linked to my Server asset "Exchange Server"
The Contracts listview: contract name is too short, only about 25 characters are shown. Make this much larger.
Assets: you can 'Choose Department' while editing an asset. However: in detail view the department is not visible - only the region is visible
There are discrepancies in field naming: site and/or region - they seem to be used randomly, though they contain the same values
Missing field to add to asset listviews: 'Location' for example, cannot be added as a column in a asset listview
Date/Time-fields: make it possible to just type a field or paste in date values
License description is only 250 characters: i've had cases where this was not enough
License key is maximum 100 characters: way to small. Sometimes there are numerous license keys associated or available.
Licenses: highlight or make and ordering possible on 'date added' or something to quickly identify the latest added licenses
Adding minor versions in software sometimes doesn't work: very likely a bug. Error "Exception occured while executing SQL to delete rows"
Licensing: i'm able to see the associated workstation or server software allocations and the contracts, but i cannot see any (if any) related License Agreements. From the License detail view it would be nice to see the directly related License Agreement
Manually or Dynamic Asset groups: allow exporting to PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX
Purchasing: 'Order this PO': make it possible to see at which date the order was mailed (it is not visible it the history, i tried)
Make it possible to link a Purchase Order to a Request. Use Case: I have a request which eventually leads to buying a new laptop. I would directly create a PO, and link the PO to the request
Licensing, "Named User License" and "Concurrent License":

It is not visible in any detail list or listview to which user a license is assigned: you have to go edit the item to see the assigned user. Make it possible to directly in detail view see the assigned user.
If you look into the software itself, the listview underneath that shows the licenses, should be able to show the assigned users
In the Scanned Software listview there are the columns 'Purchased', 'Installed' and 'Max Used' licenses. The 'Installed column doesn't take into account 'Named User Licenses' or 'Concurrent Licenses'

Make the Search textboxes directly visible (without having to click on the magnifiying glass in the upper right corner. For example to add resources to contracts.
