Setting a threshold based on ICMP stats.

Hello,

I am using OpManager 12. I have a server that I need to monitor that I do not have SNMP, WMI, or any other access to other than ICMP. I can add the device, and I can see two stats. availability and packet loss. I would like to configure a monitor such that when packetloss exceeds 20%, I am notified. Pretty much all the monitors I have seen are based on polling data pulled from the device via SNMP or WMI, and I can not seem to find a simple 'ping' threshold that I can assign to the device.

The purpose of this monitor is to monitor the link between our facility, and a 3rd party datacenter in which these IP addresses are located. Its been quite troublesome lately, and I need to be notified quickly when we begin losing packets or lose connection.
