so we have a problem with some of our clients. They get the error message "The Website can not be displayed" in the loginscreen from Windows.

If we login and start the ADSelf Service Plus Client directly from the program files directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\ZOHO Corp\ADSelfService Plus Client Software\ADSSPDesktop.exe), it works perfectly.
If we call the program in the login screen, it does not work and shows the message below.
We've tried to deinstall and reinstall the clients application > not working.
It's working only if we Change the key "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ZOHO Corp\ADSelfService Plus Client Software\ServerName" from the public ADSelf Service Website to the internal DNS name from our server.
This problem can be solved, if we reinstall the OS. This is not an applicable solution for us.
We use Windows 7 x32/x64 Enterprise Clients with Internet Explorer 11
