Support Group Unassigned when changing requestor
Hi, Running ver: 9207 When using a request catalog template with a pre-assigned support group the support group is removed when changing the requester. Additionally, this cannot be overcome with form rules as requester name is not a field that a rule can be conditioned on. Is this a bug or have I configured something incorrectly? Thanks!

Opmanager - interface down alarms - Generate Alarms option.
Hi I have read many posts on the topic, but there still does not seem to be an useable answer. Problem: Opmanager generates alarms for any switch ports that are down on a managed device. Scenario: The main problem is having alarms on access switch ports. Alerts on routers or core-switches are a good idea, but on access switches, alarms are a nuisance. No data in network device reports
I just added some Cisco ASA firewalls to Eventlog Analyzer and I can see the event logs in search view, but there is no any data in network device reports. Any ideas? Thanks.
Automatic Startup
Purchased and installed Eventlog Analyzer 11. I ran the service.bat -I script and see the service running, but when I log off you can no longer connect to the server without logging into the server and running the "start Client" manually. I have looked all through documentation but cannot find what is up. So how do I set this so that when the server reboots the service is running and can be used?
Time of day in reports setting?
I'm seeing reports and data that have time of day that's in the future. My guess would be that it's GMT or Zulu .. whatever you like to call it. How can I get the times to match the EA server time instead?

Need to Stop and Restart ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer Service - Windows 10
Recently I've had to stop and restart the "running" service for EA in order to get it to work in some situations (e.g. send reports by email and to list the Hosts). What's a good fix or workaround? The manual process is a bit of a pain and not getting reports is a real problem.
All hosts showing "Access Denied" icon after cleanup.
Our monitoring workstation running EVA ran out of hard drive space and spun an alert to send some logs. We cleaned things up and have plenty of hard drive space once more (and have increased the margin for alerting). But now, all of the hosts that were working fine are showing the Access Denied icon while they seem to "connect" OK. Scans, once started, run forever it seems and don't complete. There is NO data now. Having no data would likely be expected at this point but that should correct

MS SQL Server - monitor multiple instances and mirroring state
We are using SQL Server mirroring. I would like to setup monitors to check is the mirror is running. I would like to know two things: Which databases should be in mirror Which databases mirror is being paused or anything else that's other than running. Our SQL Server has multiple instances, but OpManager discovers only the default instances and not the named instances. How can I add named instances and how can I monitor mirrored databases?

Application blocked for security error
One of our technicians (only one) is getting a "Certificate has been revoked. the application will not be executed." error when copying and pasting his notes into the resolution field. Hi, On a custom report under the "Reports by all Requests" we are able to see report in English Language with "Request Status" field. But we are not able to see same report with Request Status field in Turkish language mode. However we are able to see report in Turkish language when we remove the "Request Status" (İstek Durumu) field from Custom Report - Edit - Display Columns. Receive 404 error on Resources page for Scheduled Tasks
Under Resources, if I have multiple Accounts selected and click on the Scheduled Tasks button, the first selected account shows. The problem is when I use the User Account selection drop down in the upper right hand corner and select another account that is checked on the Resources page, I receive a 404 error. This occurs on all preceding Accounts.

Installing packages from user group in self service is unreliable

Is it possible to remove certain alarms generated from VCenter? for example we currently get a number of alarms generated (attention level) when a new VM is created or when a VMotion takes place. As most of the time we are the ones actually completing this take we would like to stop this alarm from being generated We are using 11600 if that helps.

We have a application for HR and the Helpdesk to create, delete and edit users in AD. This is all done by the same service account within AD. Is is possible to filter out the service account user on alerts? When this service account does something we don't need this alerts. In ADAudit is it called the Caller User Name. SMTP test failed
When setting up SMTP Server, when attempting to test, I receive an error indicating Sending Failed: Unable to connect SMTP server. I have PMP installed on SUSE VM. Verified DNS is set correctly and can ping SMTP server from the SUSE network tools, both by IP and DNS name, yet the test message fails in the web.
