Suggestion popup covering screen
I'm always logged in as an admin, so I don't know if this is a new feature or not, but it was reported to me today that a "solution suggestion popup" started appearing for regular Requester users. I've verified that this is showing up in the wrong place, if it's supposed to be there at all.
When a user starts typing in the subject line, after every spacebar hit it will apparently search in the Solutions for matching strings and present them in a popup with unfortunate size and placement:
The popup covers several fields, including Subject. The vertical line in the fourth item above "rebooted the CA server" is the cursor in the Subject box. You can still type there, but, obviously, this is suboptimal behavior. It does not appear for technicians or admins on their version of the Create Ticket screen.
No one has mentioned this to me till this afternoon, so I'm not sure if it's showing up for everyone, but I've verified with two different users in Chrome and IE that it's showing up. I'm on Build 9223, installed last week. I haven't made any changes to any code since the upgrade or CSS or anything like that, and I've not made any changes to the incident template.
Is this a feature that somehow got turned on? Is there some way to control size and placement, or whether it appears at all?
