Hello,

we experience an issue where everything seems to work fine but it is not or errors are shown.

E.g. sometimes when adding a resolution it gives an 'an Error has occured and you have to reload the request.

With answering emails it looks it was sent but nothing.

With both you then have to start over..

For some reasons i do not find nothing in the logs.

Could i be pointed to some sort of relief?
