I have a few application servers that I would like monitor the Current (not avg) value of CPU and Memory of select Processes of a Server. I can not seem to find the Widget to do what I am wanting to do, can you please help and point me to the correct widget and selections I am looking for.

How to monitor standalone ESXi?
Hi Support, I'm having trouble getting monitors data from standalone ESXi. Both SNMP and VMware credentials were accepted but each time I performed rediscovery, the device is detected as unknown. Now I have manually assigned device type as ESXHost but OPM still unable to get the monitor data. Any suggestion? Opm v11600 with 11600_APIClientFix_Aug04th Thanks
smtp oid is requested when i try to modify thresholds
this has started occuring for me recently anytime i try to modify thresholds on Op manager It is asking specifically to enter a snmp oid to change thresholds. i never had to do this before. can any one help or have ideas on this?
CIFS shares in workflow
Hi, in our company we are using a storage system. The files are mounted for the users as network drives using CIFS shares. I'd like to know if anybody has an example on how to use these shares in OpManager workflows? E.g. how to use the "delete older files" workflow function? I've tried UNC paths, persistent mapped network drives on the OpManager (v12.1) server and pretty much all other things I could think of. I'd appreciate anybody chiming in on this issue! TIA GWeiss
Another issue in 12.1 Notifications
We have another issue with OpManager 12.1 Notifications. 12.1 we are trying to create a new Email notification. It is not allowing us to use { or } in the "To Email Address" Example.....{DBATEAM}@company.com. It says invalid email ID. 11.6 allows for those special characters. So currently I have 13 groups that I cannot create Email alerts for. Is this a bug or by design?

Unable to install OpUtils/ / Unable to download IPAM/SPM plugin
Hey guys, we have a server with OpManager 11.6 installed (Upgrade pack for 12 isn't available yet..) and I wanted to try the IPAM and SPM plugin, but the only download I can find when I click on the Download button is OpManager. The link inside OpManager always kicks me to: https://www.manageengine.com/network-monitoring/ipam-spm-plugin.html But there is no option to download the plugin. So I tried the OpUtils installer which claims that OpUtils has already been installed in a earlier version.. so

Hello, I'm having some issues with scheduled reports not working. I want to have a scheduled report setup so I can see down devices in the last 24 hours. I can see there is a report template already setup for this and I can see the data I want in it. I can manually email the report by clicking the PDF button and it successfully sends. What I want to do is have this automated so it emails a report to a distribution group daily. I understand how to set this up but its not working. I setup a test schedule

Currently I'm trying to build new Notification Profiles in version 12.1. When I create new notification profiles how can I without having to associate it with a server/device first? Alarm stays acknowledged
Hi Is it normal that once an alarm is acknowledged it stays acknowledged even if it has been cleared in between? A week ago a windows service was down and generated an alarm. I acknowledged the alarm and restarted the windows service again and the alarm has been cleared shortly after. Now after about one week the windows service is down again but the new alarm is still acknowledged by me. I did not know that the windows service was down again and our support team assumed that I was working on it.
Alarms appear very slow
I set PING to several IP address, Alarms come very slow after the device is down, usually 20 minutes. Please help me to change this. Tks

Custom Template will not poll
Hi, I have a new build of 12.1 that I am having issues with polling for a custom template. Initially I installed OM with the PostgreSQL database but then opted to uninstall and reinstall on the same server with MS SQL Express. I created a custom template for a device which queries without problem when testing the monitors. However, the device never actually gets polled. I search through the forum and found a few things to try but it still isn't working. I would appreciate some guidance on possible

Cannot receive SNMP traps from HP Switch
Hi everyone, I would like to monitor an HP5900AF Switch, especially getting informed when any interface is up or down. The SNMP traffic from OpManager to the device works well, but the other direction I do not receive any traps from the switch. As written in the manual of HP (H3C) the specified MIB is the IF-MIB with the OID .1.3.6.1.3.1.1.5.3 for LinkDown and .1.3.6.1.3.1.1.5.4 for LinkUp, so not vendor specific. That should be the right one, but I still get nothing in the alert tab for the interface.
OPmanager 12 and IE11
Does anyone else have issues with OPManager12 and IE11? We have an alias for the server but are unable to logon via IE11. Chrome works fine. If I use the real name of the server it logs on via IE but doesn't appear to work\display properly.

I have just carried out the OpManager upgrade as recommended below, copying the ‘com’ folder into C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\classes, then restarting the ‘ManageEnginer OpManager’ service. Having checked the OpManager version before and after they do not appear to have changed, it’s still version 11400 (64bit). Is this normal? OpManager 11600 re-apply a template on a VM removes all VMware monitors
Hi, the title pretty much says it all: a vCenter with a few hundred hosts, SNMP-enabled and a few custom templates. Whenever I make an adjustment to the template and force a re-apply on the associated devices to reflect those changes, all the VMware monitors are lost, and we're unable to re-add them manually. OpManager 11600, user can't authenticate via Active Directory
Hi, as per the title, I configured the Active Directory domain, and added a few AD users, but all I see is an "Error!" page instead of a successful logon. I've suddenly started to receive the following error alert 3 times every minute from one server: The AuthenticationFailure trap is received from [servername].The trap details are as follows , No more information available and I can't find any events on it in the Windows Logs on the server. Peoblem add FortiADC to OPManager
Hay Guys, I've problem to add device FortiADC to OPManager... FortiADC successfully add in OPManager. Data availability, response time and packet loss have been captured but memory, CPU and disk utilization is not detected. The problem is when in a menu interface, in NetFlow traffic statistics do not capture packets at FortiADC. Can You help me to fix this problem? Thanks.... :)
