I'm trying to use custom script(Cache Memory) on monitored machine from Opmanger server

Im runing this script with error as below

After got that error message, I check log on Op server as image

At the same time, I also checked excution directory on monitored machine and saw OpMnager file with empty content

I m stucked at custom script a week,  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
