Hello,

I'm having some issues with scheduled reports not working.

I want to have a scheduled report setup so I can see down devices in the last 24 hours. I can see there is a report template already setup for this and I can see the data I want in it. I can manually email the report by clicking the PDF button and it successfully sends.

What I want to do is have this automated so it emails a report to a distribution group daily. I understand how to set this up but its not working.

I setup a test schedule to report on ALL devices in the last 24 hours, scheduled it for daily run and then set it to run 5min after I set it up so I could test it was working before I put in a proper schedule time.

I waited a good 15min after the shedule was due to run but no email came in. I went back into opmanager and in the schedule section I clicked on view the report and I get the following message.

"No reports are available for the schedule test"

Can anyone assist??
