Upgrade from Oputils v12.0 to v12.1

Dear Support Team,

I would like to ask you about the possibility of the upgrade my OpUtils (IP Address Manager) from v 12.0 to v12.1. Is there any possibility to do this upgrade without uninstall/reinstall the newer version?
